Old City Hall is one of Boston’s most beloved structures. Constructed over 150 years ago, this building was once home to Boston’s first public school attended by Ben Franklin, John Hancock, and Samuel Adams. It also served as City Hall for thirty eight mayors, including John Fitzgerald and James Curley.

Originally constructed in 1865, and currently owned and managed by Synergy Investments, Old City Hall has been given a new life as an office building for a handful of Boston’s top businesses.

Located in the heart of Downtown Boston amidst fellow historical sites, and situated on Boston’s heavily traveled Freedom Trail, Old City Hall is situated at 45 School Street. The buildings offers over 83,000 square feet of first-class office and retail space.
